Control Versions without leaving SolidWorks. Even offline.
Control versions without leaving SolidWorks using the native Sibe plugin and forget about accidental overwrites.
- Track the entry/exit of individual parts and subassemblies to enable concurrent design.
- View and lock common parts that are reused in different assemblies to prevent merge conflicts.
- Track version history by team member and file changes.
Track changes between versions. Create revisions when you're ready.
Track engineering changes between different versions and create versions for manufacturing once approved.
- Transform change orders and decisions into tasks assigned to individual parts and subassemblies.
- Track design changes across all versions and create revisions upon approval.
- Customize your workflow and automatically maintain a historical record of changes and decisions.
Share intellectual property-protected designs with partners who don't use CAD. Free access for users.

Frequently Asked Questions
When you register the assembly directly in SolidWorks, Sibe reads its references and automatically generates a hierarchical Bill of Materials (BOM) in the web dashboard. Each new registered version updates the BOM data, ensuring it remains synchronized with the CAD model. The current version generates the BOM based on the assembly’s default settings.
No. All bills of materials include the File Name and Quantity columns by default. If you need more information, you can assign the columns to SolidWorks custom properties (part number, material, description) or add a blank column and fill it in directly.
Yes. View the bill of materials, add rows for items like packaging, fasteners, or adhesives, and edit quantities as needed. Save the bill of materials or use the Undo Extraction option to discard the changes.
