From Aufiero Informática, Enfocus’s Wholesale Distributors for Latin America , we accompanied our local reseller in Chile, Synergy ( www.synergysb.net ), in a new edition of CIRCLEPACK, one of the main meetings of the packaging industry in Latin America.
Being present at this event to support our reseller wasn’t just a business decision. It was an opportunity to accompany Synergy in a key space for their market and to contribute, from our role as distributor, to a participation they carried out with great commitment and professionalism. That, ultimately, is the working model we believe in: resellers with in-depth knowledge of their local market, backed by a distributor that provides the tools, support, and direct relationship with the manufacturers.

CIRCLEPACK Chile: a space that brings together the entire industry
CIRCLEPACK Chile has established itself as one of the most important gatherings for the packaging industry in Latin America. It’s not just a trade show: it’s the place where the entire packaging value chain comes together to discuss, showcase, and learn.
Manufacturers, distributors, technology providers, packaging designers, and purchasing decision-makers from various sectors share a single physical space during the event, where conversations extend far beyond the booths. They discuss material trends, analyze process automation case studies, evaluate waste reduction solutions, and explore pathways to more efficient and sustainable production.
In its 2026 edition, the event maintained that spirit and added an increasingly strong focus on the digital transformation of the sector and its alignment with the principles of Industry 4.0. The participating companies no longer just go to showcase products: they go to position themselves as part of an industry that is structurally changing its way of operating.
What Synergy presented: Enfocus solutions

During the event, Synergy presented Enfocus solutions , a brand for which Aufiero Informática is the Official Distributor for Latin America. These two tools have been a benchmark in the global graphic arts industry for years and have a direct and concrete application to the challenges faced by packaging companies in the region today.
Enfocus PitStop: quality control that starts before printing
In any graphic production workflow, the PDF file is the starting point for everything. And a file with errors, even minor ones, can lead to defective prints, wasted material, costly rework, and deliveries that don’t meet the deadlines promised to the client.
Enfocus PitStop is the industry-leading tool for verifying and correcting PDF files intended for printing and packaging. Its preflight engine analyzes each file in depth and automatically detects a wide range of issues: out-of-profile colors, unembedded fonts, insufficient resolutions, incorrect bleeds, problematic transparencies, and dozens of other critical parameters that determine whether a file is truly production-ready.
But PitStop doesn’t just detect: it also corrects. Many of the most common problems can be resolved automatically, without manual intervention, significantly reducing the time operators spend reviewing and adjusting files one by one. In high-volume work environments, that difference quickly adds up to recovered work hours and a steadily decreasing error rate.
PitStop is available as an Adobe Acrobat plugin for those working file by file, and as a server-side version for integration into larger-scale automated workflows. This flexibility makes it accessible to everyone from mid-sized graphic design studios to industrial printing facilities.

Enfocus Switch: When automation transforms operations
While PitStop solves the quality problem at the file entry point, Switch solves something broader: the automation of the entire graphic production workflow.
Enfocus Switch is a process automation platform that connects, coordinates, and automatically executes tasks across the entire production chain. It functions like the central nervous system of a printing plant: receiving files, processing them according to rules defined by the team, moving them between systems, and distributing them to the correct destination—all without any manual intervention at each step.
A job submitted by a client can automatically go through PitStop’s verification process, receive appropriate automated corrections, be sent to an approval queue if it requires human review, or be rejected with a detailed report for the client if the issue is their responsibility. All of this happens in minutes, consistently, and without relying on the right person being available at that moment.
The platform is modular and highly configurable. Each company can design its own workflows according to its specific processes, existing systems, and particular needs. And it can start by automating the most critical processes and gradually expand as the team gains confidence with the tool.
In a market where delivery times are getting shorter, batch sizes are getting smaller, and customers expect more customization with less room for error, Switch allows relatively small teams to maintain an operational capacity that would otherwise require many more people and many more resources.
Why these solutions resonate in the context of CIRCLEPACK

The Latin American packaging industry is facing simultaneous pressure from several fronts. Customers are demanding faster deliveries and smaller batches. Regulations on labeling, traceability, and materials are becoming stricter. Sustainability has gone from being a differentiator to a basic market expectation. And operating margins leave no room for error.
In this context, workflow efficiency is not a secondary technical issue: it’s a core business matter. Every file that arrives with errors and requires manual correction, every step in the process that depends on someone being available to execute it, every task that consumes materials and time—these are costs that silently accumulate and directly impact the company’s competitiveness.
Enfocus’s solutions address precisely that. They aren’t niche tools for large corporations; they’re practical answers to everyday problems that any company in the printing supply chain recognizes as its own. This direct relevance is what made the conversations at Synergy’s booth during CIRCLEPACK so profound.

We’re still on the path

CIRCLEPACK Chile 2026 was another step in a process we have been building little by little: that of being present in the markets of the region not only as software distributors but as an active part of the technological ecosystem of each sector.
This is achieved by supporting resellers like Synergy in the spaces that matter, with the right solutions and the necessary support to ensure successful discussions. We continue working in this direction, together with all the partners who choose to be part of this journey.
